The CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion™ is the largest CEO-driven business commitment to advance diversity and inclusion within the workplace. At Entergy, we have been living this is a commitment for a very long time. And that is why our Chairman and CEO, Leo Denault, is joining over 150 CEOs from across the U.S. to participate in this initiative.

“I was inspired to sign the CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion™ pledge to reinforce our company’s commitment to fostering a diverse, inclusive and engaged culture,” Denault said. “It is a culture where employees can openly address challenges, share perspectives and are inspired to work together to operate a world-class energy business for our four stakeholders.“
