Entergy Once Again Recognized as a Top Company for Diversity

Entergy’s commitment to fostering a diverse workforce has been recognized by Black Enterprise Magazine as one of its Best Companies for Diversity for the third consecutive year.

The magazine’s list of the Best Companies for Diversity recognizes companies that champion inclusion of people from all races and demographic groups. To make the annual list, companies have to demonstrate best practices in four areas: senior management, board of directors, supplier diversity and employee base.

A cornerstone of Entergy’s culture is respect for every individual.

That is why one of our shared values is to create a diverse and inclusive workplace. We achieve this through effective teamwork and inclusion, an employee practice used to guide our behaviors, and by recognizing diversity as a business imperative that helps us achieve business results.
