It is safe to say: Zena Nelson, an industrial account executive for Entergy Louisiana in Baton Rouge, really enjoys volunteering with her daughter's Girl Scouts Louisiana East Senior Troop 46503.

In fact, she seems to have climbed the ranks alongside Zoe, having served or currently serving in roles from troop leader to Plaquemine service unit administrator and everything in between.

Jackie Alexander, Girl Scouts Louisiana East CEO, recently presented Nelson with the Appreciation Pin, which distinguishes individuals with exemplary service in support of delivering Girl Scout leadership and impacting the organization council-wide. Nelson is described as invaluable to helping membership grow in her region.
