No Tricks, Just Treats, for Natchez’s Lance Beesley, Lineman of the Game

10/27/2016

When the New Orleans Saints take on the Seattle Seahawks at home in the ‘dome on Sunday, October 30, Lance Beesley will be there having a scary good time!

The second-generation lineman from Natchez will be recognized at half-time as the Entergy Lineman of the Game, an honor bestowed upon him by Entergy Mississippi leadership who recognize Beesley as a safety leader and mentor to new trainees.

“This is a great opportunity for the company to reward Lance for his strong safety leadership and his community activities,” said Robbin Jeter, Entergy Mississippi vice president of customer service. “Employees like Lance represent Entergy well in the communities we serve.

Beesley, who has more than 16 years’ service with the company, is a Saints fan and looks forward to attending his first NFL football game with his wife, Marissa.

“We don’t get away that often, just the two of us,” he said, noting that he coaches their two children’s football and baseball teams, works with youth hunting groups and takes care of elderly hunters. “This will be a little vacation for us. I was very surprised to be selected.”

Robbin Jeter, vice president of customer service, will join Beesley on-field at the game to thank him for helping Entergy power lives!
