Leadership in economic, environmental and social actions noted
New Orleans, La. -- Entergy Corporation (NYSE: ETR) was named to the Dow Jones Sustainability North America Index, one of four electric utility companies designated a sustainability leader on the index.
Entergy earned top scores in five of the 25 evaluated areas: antitrust policy, scorecards/measurements, climate strategy, water-related risks and corporate citizenship and philanthropy. This reflects excellence across all sustainability dimensions -- economic, environmental and social.
