Restoration is complete after storms, including two confirmed tornadoes, moved through Entergy Mississippi’s service territory this week. Since Monday night, crews restored power to 66,074 customers. Electrical power has been restored to all customers who can safely receive power.
Crews have been working as quickly and safely as possible to restore power. As of 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, crews have restored power to more than 55,900 customers, and 5,420 customers are without power.

Hurricane season starts Saturday, June 1, and experts predict another active season.
A workforce of more than 1,000 damage assessors, vegetation crews, line workers, and support personnel are diligently working to restore power as quickly and safely as possible.
In all, Entergy Mississippi restored service to over 89,606 customers following the severe weather event.
Damage assessment is complete and we have identified damages to 216 poles, 55 transformers, 91 cross arms, and 812 spans (223,000 feet) of downed wire.
Significant restoration progress was made overnight and as of 8 a.m., 6,844 customers remain without power from this week’s severe storms and high winds. As of 8 a.m. Friday, 69,966 customers have had their power restored.
