The restoration process from last week’s tornadoes was temporarily delayed today by the most recent round of thunderstorms that moved across the state today. As the thunderstorms cleared the state, and conditions became safe to work, crews resumed work to restore power.
More thunderstorms and possible tornadoes moving through the area today could delay some restoration work, but crews are working to restore power as quickly and safely as they can.

Entergy Arkansas continues to rebuild storm ravaged equipment and restore power to the communities affected by Friday’s devastating tornadoes, with an estimated 5,500 customers without power Tuesday at noon from a peak of 56,000.
Crews are working in Ground Zero where the tornadoes struck. Hundreds of properties are damaged to the point where they cannot receive electrical service.
About 7,800 customers remain without power after tornados devastated the Little Rock, Jacksonville, Sherwood and Wynne areas on Friday, March 31, knocking out power to more than 56,000 customers.
