Crews are working in Ground Zero where the tornadoes struck. Hundreds of properties are damaged to the point where they cannot receive electrical service.

About 7,800 customers remain without power after tornados devastated the Little Rock, Jacksonville, Sherwood and Wynne areas on Friday, March 31, knocking out power to more than 56,000 customers.

Entergy Arkansas is committed to helping customers recover following the devastating tornadoes. The following information will help educate customers who are bringing in their own temporary housing units while they make repairs, or if they plan to vacate their home(s).

Crews worked throughout the weekend to restore power to more than 50,000 customers who lost it after tornados swept through Arkansas Friday, March 31.

As crews are having to completely rebuild parts of the electric grid after devastating tornados, they are using thicker, stronger poles and in some cases, concrete poles, to harden the system and make it more resilient.

Crews have safely restored power to over 35,000 customers after deadly tornadoes swept across central and northeast Arkansas.
