About 2,100 customers are awaiting power restoration after a winter storm knocked out power to more than 15,000 customers.

The winter storm has damaged dozens of utility poles and brought down numerous power lines. Crews are working hard to make repairs. Most customers who can accept power are expected to have it today.

Work crews have successfully restored service to many Entergy customers who lost service due to a powerful winter storm that struck Arkansas and parts of Mississippi this week.

Crews have restored power to about 44% of customers who lost it during the winter storms overnight and today.
