Entergy Arkansas crews have now responded to five rounds of severe weather since Wednesday evening. Customer outages were down to approximately 4,000 Friday afternoon from a peak of 27,000 outages until storms today caused additional outages which peaked at 71,300.

Entergy Arkansas crews have promptly restored power to many more customer interruptions caused by this week’s cycle of severe weather, including two confirmed EF3 tornadoes.
This week, crews have been working around the clock to restore power interruptions caused by multiple rounds of severe weather that began April 2.
Entergy Arkansas crews have responded to three rounds of severe weather since the evening of April 2 and more weather is headed our way.
As of 8:00 p.m., crews have restored power to more than 88% of customers. Approximately 2,100 customers remain without power, down from approximately 18,300. We’ve identified damages to more than 70 poles, 35 transformers, 75 cross arms, and 12 miles of downed wire.
Entergy continues to make significant progress and has safely restored more than 63% of our customers bringing current customer outages down to approximately 10,000 from a peak of 27,000.
We have made significant progress in the first 12 hours of our restoration efforts as we have restored power to close to 59% of impacted customers.
