Entergy’s Louisiana utilities are closely monitoring the weather and are prepared to respond to outages should severe weather impact Louisiana Sunday.
Hurricane season starts June 1. And although slightly below-normal activity is predicted this year, we know that it only takes one storm to affect our customers. Entergy is ready to safely and quickly restore power should a tropical system head our way.

The National Weather Service has designated Feb. 19-23, 2018 as Severe Weather Awareness Week. Both the Louisiana and New Orleans offices of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness have joined in the recognition. Entergy prepares year-round for disruptive storm events and encourages everyone to prepare, too.
