Energy Smart, Entergy New Orleans’ energy efficiency program, helps businesses save money while meeting energy efficiency goals. In honor of National Energy Awareness Month, Energy Smart announces that the Energy Smart Fund has $5 million dollars remaining in 2024 for businesses in Orleans Parish.
Entergy Arkansas has been awarded grant funding from the U.S. Department of Energy for two hydroelectric projects at the Carpenter and Remmel Dams.
Adding to its growing fleet of utility-scale solar generating facilities, Entergy Arkansas has announced the start of commercial operations at Walnut Bend Solar Energy Center. The 100-megawatt solar energy center is located in Lee County to the east of Brinkley, Arkansas.

Entergy Mississippi turned on Sunflower Solar Station—the largest renewable energy-generating site in the state—in late 2022 and it now produces enough power for 16,000 homes.
