Entergy Arkansas storm update – 6/21/23, 1 p.m.

06/21/2023

Entergy values you as a customer and strives to provide you with premier service.

Over 44,000 customers lost power at the peak of the storm Sunday morning, June 18. More than 260 utility poles, 75 transformers and 791 spans of wire were damaged or destroyed.

Entergy continues to position additional resources to restore remaining outages as quickly and safely as possible. Currently, there are approximately 2,300 customers without power. We anticipate most customers without power who can safely receive it will have it restored tonight by 10 p.m.

If you are still without power, check for damages to the electrical equipment attached to your home or business. If the service line to your home or business has been damaged by this storm, you may have damage to your meter base. If it is damaged, you may need to have an electrician make repairs as well as a permit before Entergy Arkansas can safely reconnect service. Please contact us at 1-800-ENTERGY if you have additional questions or for reconnection after repairs have been completed. Follow this link to learn more about the electrical equipment that serves your home.
