Entergy Honored as Top Corporation for Women's Business Enterprises
Entergy was named for a third consecutive year by the Women's Business Enterprise National Council to the list of America's Top Corporations for Women's Business Enterprises.
The honor recognizes Entergy's commitment to provide sustainable value for our stakeholders by empowering communities through economic growth and job creation.
WBENC's America's Top Corporations for Women's Business Enterprises award is the only national recognition honoring corporations who have implemented world-class policies and programs to enable growth and reduce barriers for women-owned businesses.
The 66 companies named to the list 2017 were honored at the WBENC Summit & Salute to Women's Business Enterprises March 20-22 in Dallas. Kim Despeaux, senior vice president of federal policy, regulatory and governmental affairs, accepted the award on behalf of Entergy.
Other companies who made the list were Target, General Motors, Coca-Cola and Chevron. View the full list here.
