After four days, our dedicated restoration workforce has restored 85% of our customers who lost power due to the Easter Sunday storms.
The hard work by our restoration workforce has returned to service 76 percent of the customer outages caused by the Easter Sunday storms. At 7 a.m., we had 46,680 customers out of service in Arkansas and Mississippi.

The recent storms knocked power out for 194,496 of our customers across our service territory. At 8:45 a.m., we had 169,733 customers out of service.
At 12:15 p.m., we had 28,000 customers out of power due to the storms, with the majority in Louisiana. Outages could continue across our territory today into tonight as the storms move to the east.
As part of our preparations, we are incorporating needed precautions related to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Our restoration workers have made great progress restoring service to customers affected by the recent severe weather. Significant damage in some areas will extend restoration for those customers. We have more than 3,000 restoration workers in the field.
