Magnolia Speech School, which helps students with hearing loss and communication disorders overcome speech and literacy barriers, is “Building Hope” to expand their services and facilities with help from Entergy Mississippi.

The students at Booker T. Washington Elementary and Bale Elementary are winter-ready, thanks to a partnership between the Local Firefighters Union 34 and Entergy Arkansas.
The ceremony was held on Dec. 7, which is also Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day.
Entergy was awarded the Best Economic Opportunity and Empowerment Program for its outreach efforts to communicate with low-income customers about resources and assistance available to pay their utility bills.
Working with elected officials to support legislation that focuses on the needs of low-income customers is a priority for Patty Riddlebarger, Entergy’s vice president of corporate social responsibility.
Entergy Arkansas is proud to be a Champion for ALICE, which are those who are Asset-Limited Income-Constrained Employed – working men and women who have a difficult time making ends meet. ALICE could be our neighbors, friends, family or even co-workers.
